(Ad)dress
(Ad)dress (2003) is a sculpture made from a series of photographs taken of the separate parts of a disassembled wedding gown (bodice front, bodice back, left sleeve, etc…). The photographic prints were soaked and stripped of their paper substrate and sewn together to recreate the original dress. The Kodak watermark, the one normally seen on the back of photographic prints, is ghosted over the entire form.
